The 120,000 square-foot St. Louis Aquarium opened in December of 2019 to rave reviews.  The aquarium features 44 exhibits showcasing 13,000 animals of more the 257 species. A 250,000 gallon shark tank is a highlight of the new attraction.

Other components of the entertainment complex at St. Louis Union Station include the St Louis Wheel, a 200-foot-high wheel with 42 fully enclosed, climate controlled gondolas offering views of the St. Louis skyline.  A Carousel, Mini Golf, the Mirror Maze and a Ropes Course all call the station home as well.
