The St. Louis Executive Conference Center is designed for privacy and productivity with meeting rooms arranged to encourage participation, interaction and stimulate innovative thinking among meeting participants.

Each room is outfitted with all of the essentials for a successful meeting. From pads of paper, pencils, paper clips, and staplers to pencil sharpeners, rubber bands, water and mints - whatever is needed to hold a productive session among organizations and corporate meeting participants. In addition to "the little things," the facility provides: state of the art presentation support equipment; outlets for telephones and modems; teleconference and cable television capabilities; wireless Internet access; ergonomic executive chairs; soundproof walls; ample storage space and coat closets; hard surface tables with modesty panels; individual room lighting controls; and the facility is fully ADA accessible, with listening-assisted devices upon request.

No matter the group's size, planners can find the appropriate setting at the St. Louis Executive Conference Center. Accommodations range from small conference rooms to large lecture rooms with adjacent breakout meeting facilities. The St. Louis Executive Conference Center also features access to the Ferrara Theatre, a 1,400 fixed-seat Lecture Hall, and additional breakout rooms for a supplementary fee. The facility makes sure that once booked, the rooms are held for that particular group on a 24-hour basis - no other group or activity utilizes the room after hours or between sessions.

The ECC features the Complete Meeting Package, which combines all of the most important elements into one convenient per person, per day rate. A meeting package features access to the finest conference facilities, state of the art audiovisual equipment, exquisite food, and parking, as available. In addition, the center offers clients the expertise of its skilled, conference services staff.

Each General Session Room is equipped with the latest in audiovisual equipment, including a DVD/VHS player; DLP LCD projector; a mounted lectern microphone or wired lavaliere microphone; 9' x 12' ceiling mounted electrical screen; overhead transparency projector; 35 mm slide projector; two standing flip charts, and marker boards; and a presentation rail system.

The center's staff is attuned to the needs of meeting planners and their attendees, and are able to provide additional services such as a professional meeting coordinator to help plan the event and ensure the proper handling of every detail; on-site audiovisual technicians; on-site copy and fax services, and secretarial services; themed-meetings with specialized décor, live entertainment, cocktail receptions, and dinners; and spouse programs ranging from city tours to special events. There is an additional fee charged for these services, which are not included in the standard Complete Meeting Package.

When it comes to mealtime, the St. Louis Executive Conference Center catering menu offers uniqueness in its food service as well. Pre-meeting breakfasts include fresh brewed coffee, teas, fresh fruit, and chilled juices, plus a spread of yogurt, bakery breads, Croissants, and overstuffed muffins filled with fruits and nuts.

Later in the morning, the catering staff returns with a mid-morning refresher and extra energy boost to keep the meeting in gear. Attendees can enjoy iced refreshments, nutritious snacks, and more fresh brewed coffees and teas. Conveniently there is no need to stop and start meetings at prearranged times for refreshment breaks, as the ECC staff has the continental breakfast set-up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to each meeting's scheduled start time and the mid-morning snack break is available until 11 a.m.

For lunch, the venue offers an imaginative menu of options, including pastas, roasted meats, crisp salads and fresh vegetables, soups, and fresh baked breads. For dessert, there's an array of pastries, fruit tarts and other delectably sweet treats. Later in the afternoon - when that last burst of brainpower is needed to power meeting attendees through the rest of the day - the center breaks out fresh baked treats, fruit, light snacks and a host of refreshing beverages. The center offers an array of sweet, savory and nutritious options - the decision to be "good" or "naughty" is strictly up to you! Groups can enjoy this batch of munchies until 4 p.m. so everyone can finish the day strong and full of energy.

After hours, the America's Center rotunda and atrium areas are impressive sites for cocktail receptions and dinners, as well as a perfect way to bring a long day of meetings to a close. Or, if there's still business on the agenda, utilize one of these beautiful locales as a way to introduce an important evening session, a special event or a formal dinner.

The St. Louis Executive Conference Center is unique in its combination of private club-style amenities in a corporate and professional atmosphere. An attentive and friendly staff works with group leaders and meeting planners to make sure that the impressively appointed meeting rooms maintain an environment that is comfortable and conducive to productivity.
