In The Flavor of St. Louis, a new film produced by Explore St. Louis in partnership with MacGillivray Freeman, you can dig into our region’s innovative food-and-beverage scene and meet four culinarians at the helm. The 30-minute film, which has been accepted into the prestigious St. Louis International Film Festival, gets into the kitchen with Nick Bognar of Indo and Sado, Michael and Tara Gallina of Take Root Hospitality and Simone Faure of La Pâtisserie Chouquette.
