Explore St. Louis’ Statement on the Removal of Rams’ Signage at The Dome at America’s Center Wednesday May 25, 2016 By Explore St. Louis Guest We have been working with representatives of the Rams on efforts to remove their signage and other advertising marks from The Dome at America’s Center since they announced their departure in January. This is a complicated process as they have extensive signage throughout the facility that served as their home for 20 years. We are currently determining how these signs will be removed and hope to have this process completed in the next few weeks. The process of removing the Edward Jones signage is detailed in their naming rights agreement with the Rams, and we anticipate that work will commence on this shortly. Again, we are eager to have the Rams’ marks removed from the building but we must do so in a financially responsible manner that does not compromise the integrity of the building or any of the activities/events currently scheduled in the Dome. Additionally, our team is currently working with many of the corporations and entities who have signage remaining at the Dome to see if they have an interest in continuing to utilize these signage opportunities.
